Leah Tarver from The Agency Texas was incredible. She put up with all of my questions, viewings, and months of waiting for the right time to buy. I wouldn't use anyone else for this process. If I could give more stars, I would.

I have purchased several homes in the past, with varying levels of quality real estate agents throughout the years, but our "The Agency Texas" realtor, Jarrod Koonz, was hands down the best in service, quality and speed that I have ever had. Jarrod helped us with confusing issues with the mortgage company, helped us through the sometimes confusing VA Home Loan process, and continued long after the home purchase with references, information and coordination. Way more than just a real estate agent, Jarrod has been there for us again and again. Top notch.

Kristin was incredible throughout the process and helped us secure our first home. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and was very knowledgeable about each step of the process and even continues to check in on us periodically. We can't thank her enough!

Matt Henson was with us every step of the way in our home buying journey. He was very knowledgeable about the area and things to look for when purchasing a home and always kept us updated along the way. We are now freshly moved into our new home and we have Matt to thank for his professionalism and help in making it happen. Highly recommended!!

Nazanin was so responsive from (literally) the first 5 minutes of me inquiring on a property until well after we closed -she still checks in on us to see how we are loving our new house. She followed up, wasn't pushy, anticipated our needs and any challenges that might crop up, and was overall tremendous to work with. At one point we truly thought we would lose our dream house, and she stepped up WELL after hours and got things back on track. If you want a great agent that truly cares about you, give Nazanin at The Agency a call. Highly recommended for sure.
