Jarrod helped us with confusing issues with the mortgage company, helped us through the sometimes confusing VA Home Loan process, and continued long after the home purchase with references, information and coordination. So I scored a job in Austin, and I had about a month to find an apartment all the way from North Carolina. That's no easy task when you don't know the city nor have any friends (yet). Never got a call after setting a time to view the home. When I called their office the receptionist told me that the agent tried to contact me but I didn’t answer. I informed her that wasn’t true as I never got a call. She said she will personally ensure I get a call back and follow up in 5 mins. Needless to say that never happened either.
